Refund and Returns Policy
Checking your order
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will review the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
Items that cannot be returned
We are unable to accept returns of cheese, charcuterie, other perishable goods or gift cards. If you have any concerns about the quality of an item in your order, please contact us with photographs so we can better assess the situation.
Requesting a refund
To request a refund or discuss an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@corkandcoffee.co.uk. We will review your request and handle any eligible refunds in line with your consumer rights and our terms and conditions.
Your consumer rights
We are legally obliged to supply goods in conformity with your order.
For most non-perishable items purchased online or by telephone, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. However, this right does not apply to:
- Perishable goods (including all cheese, charcuterie and other fresh produce).
