Shipping and Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your order within three to five working days from the date it is accepted.
 

While we make every effort to meet this target, Cork & Coffee is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party delivery services once your order has been dispatched.
 

Responsibility for the goods passes to you once delivery is made to the address provided in your order. You will own the goods once we have received full payment.

Local collection from Cork and Coffee

You may choose to place your order online and collect it in person from our premises at 29 North Terrace, Seaham, SR7 7EU. This option is available at no additional cost.
 

When selecting local collection, please choose your preferred collection date during the ordering process. We will notify you once your order is ready to collect.
 

If you are ordering for a special occasion, we recommend selecting a collection or delivery date at least two working days before your event to allow for any unforeseen delays.

Receiving your delivery

Once your delivery arrives, we recommend unpacking all items from the box immediately. Should there be any issue with the condition of your order, please contact us straight away so that we can assist you.

In the event of a delay

If your delivery is delayed or if you become aware of any issue with your order, please notify us as soon as possible. While we are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services, we will be happy to liaise with them on your behalf and keep you informed.
